Making homemade gummies is a fun activity, where the best part is testing different flavors! From fruit gummies to tea/coffee gummies and even to alcohol-infused gummies, it's easy to customize a recipe and make a variety of different flavored gummies. Recently, we've been hearing a lot about apple cider vinegar gummies and are sharing a recipe below for how you can make them at home.
Using 4 ingredients, this apple cider vinegar gummies recipe is easy enough - even for beginners! The key ingredient to have on hand is gelatin or agar agar. If you haven't heard of agar, it's essentially a vegetarian substitute for gelatin. Gelatin or agar will help thicken the mixture so the gummies harden in the refrigerator.
These apple cider vinegar gummies make for a healthy snack, helping support immune function and digestion and gut health. Eat 2-3 a day, and you have a tasty & healthy snack. 🍎

Ingredients & Supplies:
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin or agar powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 gummy molds
Instructions:
- Pour apple juice and apple cider vinegar in a small saucepan and gradually add in the gelatin (or agar) & honey, stirring often. Tip: adding in the gelatin slowly while stirring will help prevent it from clumping together!
- Cook the mixture over medium heat and continue stirring. When the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth, turn off the heat.
- Get your gummy molds and place them on a tray. This will make it easier to move them later on.
- Fill both gummy molds with the mixture using the droppers provided.
- Refrigerate for 30 min., or until the gummies are solidified.
- Enjoy your tasty creations!
Storage:
Fresh homemade gummies will shrink, so be sure to store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container and eat within 5-7 days.
